About the Project

The BPA will be responsible for proposing the implementation of new functionality, new business processes/operations, and suggestions for optimizing business processes/operations using the current system but not limited to. These proposals will extend beyond the CRM framework and may lead to changes in internal business regulations.

The BPA will learn of the company’s overall activities, the specifics of individual business operations, and the relationships between them. Additionally, for effective work, will need to understand the workings of each business department, its managers, and key experts, often taking into account their psychological characteristics.

The BPA will be responsible for business implementation and system development in the company. In the implementation project, they address issues regarding the systematization of business requirements, training, and involving employees in system work, initial testing of the system upon updates, collecting, coordinating, and transferring all project-related requests to the executor.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in BPA/CRM implementation for cross-functional departments or similar roles;
  • Strong knowledge of various business software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.);
  • Experience with system implementation and integration tools and methodologies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Scope of work:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas where automation can drive efficiency and scalability;
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions for various departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Recruitment etc.) ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Lead the implementation of the selected systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing workflows;
  • Ensure seamless integration of different systems across departments to maintain operational continuity and data accuracy;
  • Collaborate with department heads to redesign workflows that are compatible with new systems and automation tools
  • Gathering user feedback on the system and resolving conflicts of priorities within this feedback.
