Required skills:
- 3-5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with other open-source tools, frameworks, and languages, the more the better. This list includes but is not limited to: Python, Go, Node, Javascript Frameworks like Vue or React, Cloud-based technologies like the AWS ecosystem, and Relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres and Mongo.
- Strong sense of ownership over everything you do. You own your work from definition to delivery
- Fearless learner – Should be interested in staying up to date on technicaldevelopments as well as our business environment
- Collaboration specialist - As part of the dev team, you’ll be supporting every part ofthe business and working with almost everyone. That’s a good thing!
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of spoken and written English
Scope of work:
- Work with the stakeholders in the company, Review Collection, Delivery, CustomerSuccess and Sales, to discover where technology can have the biggest impact
- Work with the CTO and the entire development team to scope out solutions
