Required skills:

  • At least one year of experience in providing service and handling customers in a technical telephone support center (and/or relevant military experience)
  • Willingness to work long term
  • Ability to provide service and high motivation for the position

Scope of work:

A little about the role:

  • Telephone support representative at the service center and support for computing issues
  • Answering and handling end user faults and application support
  • Working hours 7:50-16:50, including overtime work
