About Project
The Marketing Lead focuses on managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand and pipeline for ALLSTARSIT across tactics, including advertising, email marketing, sponsorships, content creation, social media, events and more. Marketing Lead works in close alignment with sales teams and develops campaigns to support sales goals across target buyers and accounts. Additionally, this role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
We’re looking for someone who has a sound understanding of marketing mix optimization, strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with key departments.

Required skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in international B2B marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Scope of work:
- Content management, excellent writing skills (English)
- Supervise design process across all platforms (website, social media, emails, ppc)
- Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs
- Launching and reporting on paid campaigns for our new services
- Develop data-driven strategies that increase brand awareness and drive pre-orders and orders based on market sales goals.
- Optimize marketing spend for marketing investments (e.g. digital, media, events, email marketing and nurturing)
- Research, strategize, design and manage tactics in the overall marketing mix, based on a buyer’s journey, to increase engagement, response rates and conversion
