Required skills:

5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP and Laravel
Experience with Azure and GraphQL
Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent English language skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Ensure that the solutions you architect are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, addressing technical challenges, and mentoring team members
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients, and serve as a bridge between technical and business teams
Act as a subject matter expert contributing to the technical excellence of our projects
