Required skills:

1+ years of experience as a team lead
5+ years of development experience in server-side environment (Java) and web applications
Experience in building complex and large-scale applications, based on Microservices architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with relational (Postgress, MySQL, etc..) and non-relational DB (Cassandra, MongoDB, Solr, etc..)
A strong ‘can do’ approach
Familiarity with the React framework - advantage
Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ - advantage
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes – advantage

Scope of work:

Lead and manage the squad work
Define and coordinate technical tasks of the development squad
Work closely with data scientist, product managers and development team leaders in order to deliver on-time high-quality products
Drive innovation and improve productivity
Great project management skills and experience leading complex development
Must be collaborative and able to influence in a matrixed environment
