On February 5, DOU, the biggest IT community in Ukraine, announced the best workplaces. Almost 18,000 IT specialists evaluated 1,056 companies. Based on their votes, DOU compiled a rating of the best employers in Ukraine. Assessments were made across five categories: compensation, working conditions, project quality, career opportunities, and loyalty.
According to the rating, ALLSTARSIT is recognized as the top employer in the 800-1500 specialists category. For the third consecutive year, ALLSTARSIT ranks at the top of the 'Best Place to Work' rating among the largest IT companies in Ukraine.
