Required skills:
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, with demonstrated senior-level expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Expert-level understanding of Windows internals and system architecture
- Advanced experience with WinDbg and crash dump analysis
- Strong understanding of x64 architecture
- Extensive experience with the Win32 API
- Hands-on experience investigating and resolving BSODs
- Deep knowledge of Windows Authentication Architecture, including SSPI, Kerberos, LDAP and directory services
- Extensive hands-on experience with RPC and DCOM
- Strong understanding of memory management, multithreading, synchronization mechanisms, and system resource optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
Scope of work:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications, with a strong focus on code quality, reliability, and system stability
- Perform advanced crash dump analysis and investigate BSODs to identify root causes and implement effective fixes
- Develop and maintain secure authentication solutions using Windows security protocols and technologies
- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues across software, operating system, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve critical technical problems
- Analyze system performance, memory usage, threading, and resource utilization to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor and support junior developers in system-level programming, debugging, and troubleshooting best practices
