Scope of work:
We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Digital Account Manager to join their Sales division and own commercial growth across our Digital and Growth account segment. This is not a traditional, manual, high-touch account management role. It is a data-driven commercial position that operates at the intersection of Sales, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Marketing Automation, and AI-assisted selling. You will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of hundreds of accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), predictable contract renewals, and scalable expansion/upsell opportunities through automated playbooks, telemetry-based triggers, and targeted one-to-many campaigns. If you thrive in a quota-carrying environment that leverages automation, predictive usage analytics, and modern AI tools to maximize revenue density across a high-volume portfolio, this role is for you.
- Own and drive financial outcomes (ARR, NRR, and Gross Retention Rate) across an assigned digital account portfolio.
- Manage structured, high-velocity renewal operations to maintain predictable gross retention rates.
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion revenue opportunities (tier upgrades, node/usage expansions, add-on modules, and advanced AI features).
- Design, test, and optimize automated commercial playbooks triggered by usage spikes, license threshold warnings, and key renewal countdown dates.
- Execute targeted one-to-many commercial campaigns (e.g., pricing model upgrades, AI feature monetization launches, self-service expansion incentives).
- Manage dynamic digital pipelines, combining automated self-service paths with targeted high-impact interventions.
- Leverage product usage telemetry, feature engagement rates, and predictive health scores to proactively spot revenue opportunities and churn risks.
- Partner with Digital CSMs to translate high adoption signals (e.g., heavy Compose SDK calls, high query volume, active AI assistant usage) into commercial contract expansions.
- Articulate the commercial value of Sisense's latest capabilities, including embedded AI assistants, MCP Server integrations, and custom white-label analytics packages.
- Guide customers on how to monetize their internal and external analytics offerings using higher Sisense platform tiers.
- Collaborate closely with Digital CSMs to maintain clear delineation between technical health and commercial negotiations.
- Provide feedback to Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously optimize self-service checkout flows, dynamic CPQ tools, and automated messaging.
