About the Project
Our client is a global technology company specializing in AI-powered, video-first platforms used by enterprises, media organizations, and educational institutions worldwide. Following a recent acquisition of a Canadian technology startup, the company is expanding its R&D organization to develop the next generation of data-driven and personalized video experiences. The newly formed team is focused on building innovative frontend applications that enable enterprises to create customized, interactive video content. The team works in an Agile environment and collaborates closely across international R&D hubs.

Must Have
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer working on complex, enterprise-grade web applications or plugins
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular
- Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with SASS and/or LESS
- Good understanding of frontend performance optimization
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently own complex technical features from concept to deployment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team
Nice to Have
- Experience working with video player APIs or video platforms
- Experience developing Adobe extensions or plugins using CEP or UXP
- Experience with Adobe After Effects integrations
- Familiarity with video personalization, interactive video, or related technologies
Scope of work:
- Design, develop, and maintain the frontend architecture for a next-generation Adobe After Effects plugin
- Build scalable and intuitive solutions for personalized video creation
- Develop and optimize frontend components using Angular and TypeScript
- Integrate personalized and interactive video experiences with an enterprise video player
- Work within an Agile environment using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and distributed R&D teams across multiple international locations
- Take ownership of complex technical features from requirements through implementation and deployment
- Write clean, modular, maintainable, and testable code
- Ensure frontend applications are responsive, performant, and aligned with modern web standards
