Nice to Have

- Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and its platforms
- Experience working with customer data, automations and risk analysis
Scope of work:
This is the first Partner Success Manager position in LATAM, serving the US ecosystem. The company is building a regional partner success function, and the role starts with the small and mid-sized segment, where partners need an active advocate who understands both security and the business of running an MSP. The role develops in two phases. In the first phase, you manage a large book of small customers through a combination of automation-driven tech-touch and regular customer calls. In the second phase, you take ownership of the large strategic partners in LATAM, with a high-touch, strategic approach.
- Own the post-sale success of a book of around 200 small customers in the US market: small MSPs (often one-team or one-person shops) and direct customers such as schools or local public-sector organisations, each with up to 500 endpoints
- Drive retention, the main KPI of the role, together with an upsell target for your book of business
- Run a tech-touch model: monitor customer data, analyse risks, and build and execute mitigation plays using the automations and internal applications built around customer data
- Handle a high volume of partner communication by email, educating partners on how to use the platform and how to work with support services
- Conduct customer-facing calls (around 6-7 per week), ensuring each customer receives an annual cadence call, and join escalation calls when needed
- Act as a real advocate for partners: demonstrate the value of the platform in security terms rather than only presenting technical features
- Work closely with the onboarding specialists and the US-based customer success team
- In the second phase, take ownership of strategic LATAM partners with a high-touch approach
