About the Project
The project is an AI-powered, all-in-one cybersecurity platform that unifies endpoint, identity, cloud, email, network and mobile protection in a single solution. It is designed for small and mid-sized organizations and managed service providers that need enterprise-grade security without building a large security team of their own. Detection and response are largely automated and backed by a round-the-clock managed detection and response service. The role supports the internal business analytics environment built on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, which serves teams across the business and is being extended with AI-enabled, self-service analytics.

Required skills:
Must Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, analytics engineering or data engineering, including 3+ years in Power BI development.
- Production experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, pipelines, notebooks and dataflows.
- Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M, SQL, semantic modeling and ETL/ELT skills.
- Experience administering Power BI Service and troubleshooting production refreshes, gateways, permissions and capacity issues.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data quality, security and analytics governance.
- Strong English communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work directly with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, RevOps and MIS stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, DP-600 or DP-700.
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics, such as transforming BI reports into LLM-powered, governed self-service analytics.
- Working knowledge of Python for data processing, automation and Fabric notebooks.
Scope of work:
- Own the day-to-day administration and operational health of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including monitoring of semantic models, pipelines, dataflows, refresh schedules, gateways and Fabric-capacity consumption.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and reusable semantic models, and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, pipelines, notebooks, Fabric Warehouse and SQL endpoints.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes across Salesforce, NetSuite, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs and other business systems.
- Maintain technical documentation, data lineage, data dictionaries, incident runbooks and ownership records, and implement access controls and appropriate development-to-production separation.
- Build AI-ready semantic models with governed measures, business-friendly metadata, clear KPI definitions and Row-Level Security to support an LLM-powered self-service analytics solution.
