About the Project

Our client is seeking a Senior Front-End React Developer to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade technology platforms. The role focuses on building robust, secure, and scalable user interfaces for data- and document-intensive applications used by professionals globally. You will work closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex business and workflow requirements into clear, intuitive, and maintainable frontend solutions. This role requires strong engineering discipline, a pragmatic approach to frontend architecture, and experience working within enterprise standards.

Must Have

  • 7+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Advanced experience with React, including component design and state management.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and maintainable architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Practical experience with a focused set of commonly used React tools and libraries, such as TanStack Router, Tailwind CSS, SignalR, Zustand, Lucide React, Redux Toolkit or React Query, Material UI or Ant Design, AG Grid (or equivalent data grid components), MSAL for React (Azure AD authentication), Jest and React Testing Library.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in enterprise, regulated, or security-sensitive environments.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET Core backends and Azure-hosted solutions.
  • Experience with real-time or long-running UI workflows.
  • Prior work on document-centric or data-driven platforms.
  • Experience designing interfaces for professional users.

Scope of work:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Build user interfaces that support document review, data comparison, search, filtering, and workflow-based interactions.
  • Integrate frontend functionality with ASP.NET Core APIs and backend services.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision-making.
  • Contribute to shared frontend standards, patterns, and reusable components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues across environments and browsers.
