About the Project

Responsibility for the operation and implementation of IT infrastructure in multi-disciplinary computer networks of various scales, ranging from small networks to complex project-based environments. The work spans the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and development in labs, through test sites, to final delivery to the customer. The role includes implementing solutions, providing support and troubleshooting a variety of IT issues in communication infrastructure, hardware, virtual environments, and integrated systems, while ensuring the availability of project-related computing environments. Additional responsibilities include leading monitoring processes, verifying requirement implementation, documentation, and knowledge preservation.

Required skills:

Must Have

  • At least three years of experience as a System Administrator in Enterprise or SME companies.
  • Proven experience and full proficiency in the operation and implementation of IT infrastructures, and integration of large-scale computing systems in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems – Linux and Windows servers.
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge in data communication, including working with Cisco/Juniper products at a CCNA level.
  • Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of network services – Active Directory.
  • Setup, upgrade, and maintenance of VMware-based virtualization environments (working with products such as vSphere, vCenter, VRA).
  • Document writing skills – mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license – mandatory.
  • Relevant military experience in these fields will be considered as practical experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work at customer and testing sites in Israel and abroad, including stays away from home for several days.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in deploying and implementing storage solutions (NetApp) – an advantage.
  • International certifications – CCNA and MCSE – an advantage.
