Scope of work:
The Linux/Web SA will manage our Linux Server estate, help with changes to Nginx, contribute to managing our CDNs, Certificates, and DNS, manage some WordPress sites, and deploy Website and Web app changes. We have quite complex routing for our regional sites, so the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and routing issues would be helpful. If they can do more than this, such as being able to run our Windows deployment tools or follow SOPs to troubleshoot and restart a wider range of systems (including Windows Services/IIS), that would be perfect – but those are not core requirements.
