About the Project

The project is an AI-first experience intelligence platform that helps digital, CX and support teams understand what customers do and why they reach out, across websites, mobile apps, conversations and AI assistants. Its conversation intelligence product analyzes customer conversations from CRM and support systems, chatbot providers, voice contact centers and public reviews. Around 15 AI models enrich every conversation with metadata such as contact driver, sentiment, resolution and root cause, which is then available in the product interface, via APIs and MCP. Customers are mainly B2B companies in retail and e-commerce, telecom, travel and financial services. The goal is to help them find customer issues faster, connect conversation insights with behavioral data and act on them.

Required skills:

Must Have

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2B, including at least one role as a senior product manager
Experience building products that have both AI/ML and user experience components
High degree of technical knowledge and ability to work closely with data science, data and engineering stakeholders
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in multinational environment, including work with geographically dispersed teams
Hands-on experience in scrum and agile methodologies
Experience writing product specifications and other product-related documentation

Nice to Have

Background in software development, data science or analytics, including experience with product analytics products
Experience in product marketing, with the ability to tell the story and communicate it in text, slides and presentations
Experience in B2B SaaS

Scope of work:

Plan, prioritize and define product initiatives in accordance with the product roadmap, and collaborate on defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment, turning complex conversation data into user interfaces, APIs and MCP
Collaborate with R&D, Product Design, Data, QA, and Go-To-Market teams, including data scientists on AI features and their quality
Gather needs from existing clients, prospects and internal stakeholders through continuous research and interviews, translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes, and lead their execution
Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate on features to achieve product goals
