These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement” and/or “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Referrer” or “Participant”) and ALLSTARSIT Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością(“AllSTARSIT,” “we,” “us,” “our”), governing your participation in the AllSTARSIT Poland Referral Program (the “Referral Program,” or “Program”).
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, THE PARTICIPANT MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY[link]. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME AT AllSTARSIT'S SOLE DISCRETION. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE. THE ONLY WAY TO REJECT THESE TERMS IS TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR USE THE AllSTARSIT WEBSITE.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
The terms are as follows:
1.1. To participate and become eligible for a referral bonus, you must refer a new employee or contractor to AllSTARSITthrough https://www.allstarsit.com/careers/referral-program or via email jobs@allstars-it.com.
1.2. Only qualified referrers to AllSTARSIT who meet the criteria set out herein are eligible.
1.3. Referee must be:
1.4. Only referees who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
2.1. You will receive the determined award (Referral Fee) for each new applicant that is referred and successfully hired or contracted (see the terms herein for more information below) through the Referral Program.

>4 years - $2000
The Referral Fee may be increased at AllSTARSIT discretion.
2.2. To qualify, the referred person must: (1) be a new referral to AllSTARSIT and not in the database of potential or former employees/contractors; (2) be a new applicant to AllSTARSIT and not applied personally to AllSTARSIT to the same or relevant position; (3) be contacted to begin the interview process; (4) receive a formal offer from AllSTARSIT; (5) accept an offer for employment or contracting with AllSTARSIT; and (6) cooperate with us at least 6 months.
A referee may qualify if he/she has been registered in the AllSTARSIT database for more than 12 (twelve) months and is not considered an active candidate for hire/cooperation.
2.3. The recommendation is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of registering the CV in the AllSTARS’s database. If AllSTARSIT starts the cooperation or employs the given referee after the lapse of this time, the bonus for recommendation will not be granted. AllSTARSIT reserves the right to grant the Referral Fee in the aforementioned case, at its’ sole discretion. If this occurs, the Participant the given referee will be informed directly via email.
2.4. Legal entities, recruitment agencies, and recruitment consultants are excluded from the Referral Program.
2.5. The Program commences when it is published and remains in effect until it is cancelled by AllSTARSIT.
2.6. The first Participant to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for the Referral Fee.
2.7. The Referral Fee does not apply to recommendations for internship positions.
2.8. In case the recommendation does not cover any of the open recruitment processes, AllSTARSIT has a right not to accept the recommendation and not to grant the Referral Fee.
3.1. The Participant needs to provide the name, surname, telephone number, and email address of the referee as well as attach his/her CV.
3.2. The referee has to be informed about the recommendation by the Participant. In case a referee is not informed about the recommendation by the Participant, the Referral Fee will not be granted.
3.3. The referee will be asked by AllSTARSIT for consent required for processing of the personal data for recruitment purposes. In case the referee does not grant AllSTARSIT required consent within 30 calendar days upon AllSTARSIT’s request, that referee will not be taken into consideration in the recruitment process to AllSTARSIT, his/her data will be removed and the Referral Fee will not be granted to the Participant.
3.4. Within 5 (five) business days since receiving the CV of the referee, AllSTARSIT will verify the status of the referee in AllSTARSIT’s database. AllSTARSIT will contact the referee to confirm his/her willingness to participate in the recruitment process, as well as information provided in the CV. Within 5 (five) business days from the referee checking in AllSTARSIT's database, the Participant will receive information from AllSTARSIT, regarding the qualification of recommendation to the Program as well as the value of the Referral Fee that will be granted in case the referee starts the cooperation or employment at AllSTARSIT and fulfils required criteria. The feedback will be sent regardless of the decision on the Program's eligibility.
4.1. The Referral Fee will be paid 30 (thirty) days after all the conditions set forth in subsection 2.2 have been met. You will only be notified if a referral is hired or contracted and when your payment is delivered.
4.2. Referral Fees will be payable by bank transfer or payment service provider from AllSTARSIT.
4.3. The Referral Fee shall be exclusive of any sales, use, value-added, withholding or similar tax and the Participant shall be liable for any such taxes in addition to the Referral Fees.
4.4. The Parties agreed that AllSTARSIT has the right to pay the Referral Fee on behalf of other companies or natural persons.
4.5. AllSTARSIT is not responsible for any incorrect data provided by the Participant to make a payment.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions. If such occurs, these Terms shall be read as if it does not include the invalid, void, or unenforceable language.
You are not an agent or employee of AllSTARSIT by participating in the Referral Program and you have no authority to bind AllSTARSIT by contract or otherwise.
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland without regard to choice of law principles. You agree that this Agreement and all incorporated agreements (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, etc.) may be automatically assigned by AllSTARSIT, at our sole discretion.
7.2. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
7.3. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement, along with any other incorporated by reference, sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and AllSTARSIT with respect to the subject matter hereof. Sections titled, Updates to the Terms and Conditions, Termination and Change, Relationship of Parties, and General shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
8.1. AllSTARSIT may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time and for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.
8.2. Any referral deemed to be a result of fraudulent activities is null and void. We reserve the right to suspend or remove referrals if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
8.3. AllSTARSIT also reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend, cancel, or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and for any reason.
9.2. AllSTARSIT reserves the right to update these terms or its policies relating to the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on www.allstarsit.com and/or any other platforms we use (i.e. applications). These updates will be effective upon posting. It is the users’ responsibility to regularly check for updates to this Agreement. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.
