About the Project

We are looking for an empowered Customer Success Specialist who will work collaboratively with our existing and new clients to help optimize the collaboration results, provide a customer-centric approach to work, and create value for the client throughout the partnership.

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role in outstaffing or staff augmentation companies
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and document information
  • Being flexible & open-minded, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work from the Kyiv office 4 times per week (except Thursday)

Scope of work:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Manage a full-up sale cycle from identifying an opportunity to value delivery to close & implementation
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Manage the adaptation processes for new clients
  • Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
