Required skills:

Design and build a web application from scratch using React and TypeScript
Collaborate with the VP of R&D, Product team, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize system architecture and enhance application performance
Contribute to the scalability and growth of the platform
Tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to strategic technical decisions as the platform grows

Scope of work:

5+ years of experience in Web Development, specializing in React and TypeScript.
A team player with strong collaboration skills.
A proactive mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
Diligent and thorough, able to meet targets and work under intense and demanding schedules.
Strong work ethic and a proactive, driven attitude.
Capable of integrating into a startup environment with all that it entails – handling daily tasks and targets.
Able to cope with pressure and heavy workload while maintaining a high level of personal responsibility to meet daily targets.
Bonus: Experience with Next.js framework and its core features (SSR/SSG, routing).
Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and integrations (such as GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted coding and Cursor IDE).
