About the Project
Swimm is an AI-powered developer tool recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in AI-Augmented Development (2024). The platform enables teams to create live, auto-synced documentation within their IDE — transforming how developers onboard, collaborate, and maintain codebases.
About the Role
We’re seeking talented Full Stack Engineers to join Swimm’s platform team. You’ll work on impactful features, AI integrations, and IDE plugin development in a highly collaborative environment.

Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Vue.js and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with GCP or other cloud environments.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Firestore, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Understanding of serverless architecture.
- English — Intermediate+.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing IDE plugins (VS Code / IntelliJ).
- Knowledge of Markdown standards and rendering.
- Background with LLM or AI-powered systems.
Scope of work:
- Build and maintain end-to-end product features.
- Contribute to IDE plugin development (VS Code, IntelliJ).
- Work with LLMs and RAG technologies to enhance the product.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams.
- Write scalable, maintainable, high-quality code.
