Our client is an AI-powered developer tool recognized as a leading solution in AI-augmented development. The platform enables teams to create live, auto-synced documentation within their IDE, transforming how developers onboard, collaborate, and maintain codebases.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Hands-on Team Lead – Full Stack Engineering to join R&D team. You’ll lead a small, highly skilled team of engineers while staying hands-on with code, architecture, and product development.

Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- 1–3 years as a Tech Lead or Senior mentoring others
- Strong Node.js backend experience and solid knowledge of Vue (or similar frameworks)
- Proven experience with serverless and cloud-native architectures (preferably GCP)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-native apps (Cloud Run / Firestore / Firebase Auth)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi / Terraform)
- Interest in developer productivity, onboarding, or internal tools
- SOC and relevant enterprise security/compliance experience
Scope of work:
- Lead a small engineering team (2–4 devs) delivering impactful features.
- Stay hands-on with code (around 50% of your time).
- Drive architecture decisions, technical design, and code quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
- Work with the latest LLM, RAG, and AI technologies.
- Mentor and support team members’ growth.
