Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience;
- Previous experience in a Hightech environment;
- High self-organization and multitasking;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to be a team player and work on your own;
- Perfect communication, presentation and listening skills;Good understanding of Personal Administration processes;Experience in working with HR CRMs;
- Proficiency in English.
Scope of work:
- Be a trusted partner to our leaders in consulting, supporting, and providing people management insights;
- Cooperate with global HR team is execution of various HR initiatives;
- Acts as first point of contact for the team member in case any help is needed;
- Handle employee life cycle management form comprehensive on- to off- boarding;
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to understand and proactively mitigate risks;
- Support the process of ensuring that HR policies
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and query resolution;
- Oversees the HR administration function: compensation, benefits, leave, events;
- Manage HR vendor relationship.
