About the Project

We’re looking for a detail-oriented designer to join Windward’s Marketing Design team. You’ll work closely with our Israel-based designers to adapt and execute visual materials for events, ensuring a consistent and high-impact brand presence across formats. This is a full-time role based in the Delhi area, reporting directly to the Marketing Creative & Design Director.

Required skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in both print and digital design
Deep familiarity with production design and file preparation for print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems
Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography — with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and design systems
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setup
Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus

Workstyle:

Full-time, based in the Gurgaon area
Working on India hours, with flexibility when needed (e.g. occasionally swapping Fridays for Sundays)
High autonomy and ownership — we value proactive, self-managed designers who can move projects forward independently

Scope of work:

Apply and adapt existing design concepts to event materials — including booths, signage, brochures, and swag — ensuring our brand is clearly and consistently represented in physical spaces
Work across digital and print to support marketing campaigns and day-to-day needs
Produce high-quality visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Google Slides
Create presentation templates and occasionally support visual organization of key decks in Google Slides
Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to deliver clear, on-brand designs
Manage your time independently and meet tight deadlines with confidence
