We’re looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join our team at Abra 🌍 — a business-first company redefining how modern organizations manage and apply knowledge.This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in Salesforce implementations and a desire to work on impactful enterprise-level projects. Required skills:

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience using Flow Builder for business automation
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Familiarity with SOQL & SOSL – a plus
Experience working in mid-sized or large/global companies – advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, proactive mindset
High-level English (B2+/C1): reading, writing, speaking

Scope of work:

Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce-based solutions
Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations
Work closely with business users and internal stakeholders
Configure objects, fields, workflows, automation using Flow Builder
Write technical and functional documentation
Support integration efforts using tools like REST API, MuleSoft, or Data Loader
Ensure smooth user adoption and system usability
