About the Project

We’re looking for a Salesforce Implementer to join our team at Abra 🌍 — a business-first company redefining how modern organizations manage and apply knowledge.This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in Salesforce implementations and a desire to work on impactful enterprise-level projects. You’ll collaborate with a diverse international team and be part of transformative digital journeys.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
  • Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Experience using Flow Builder for business automation
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with SOQL & SOSL – a plus
  • Experience working in mid-sized or large/global companies – advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive mindset
  • High-level English (B2+/C1): reading, writing, speaking

Scope of work:

  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce-based solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations
  • Work closely with business users and internal stakeholders
  • Configure objects, fields, workflows, automation using Flow Builder
  • Write technical and functional documentation
  • Support integration efforts using tools like REST API, MuleSoft, or Data Loader
  • Ensure smooth user adoption and system usability
