About the Project
They are a purpose-led global company focused on advancing life around the world through innovative solutions in agriculture, infrastructure, connectivity, and materials. Their work helps clients address major challenges like food and water scarcity, urban growth, and sustainability. We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to join a small team responsible for the infrastructure behind our client’s Digital Farming products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep Azure work, automation, production reliability, and close collaboration with global R&D teams.

Required skills:
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native product environments, including production operations and release ownership.
- Proven ability to support production systems, drive incident resolution, improve monitoring, and enforce security and compliance practices.
- Deep hands-on Azure expertise across portal operations, architecture, networking, security, monitoring, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong CI/CD and source control experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Strong background with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Windows environments, artifact management, and modern DevOps toolchains.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Azure IoT Hub, Service Bus, Event Hubs, and related Azure platform services.
- Database management experience with Cosmos DB, Redis, SQL Server, and Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
- Experience with Podman, Conan, Artifactory, or AI-based DevOps productivity tools.
Scope of work:
- Own CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automation frameworks to support fast, reliable delivery across teams.
- Build and manage Azure cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Define and maintain scalable container-based environments using Kubernetes and Docker-based deployments.
- Ensure production readiness, monitoring, reliability, and incident response for stable delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams in Israel and offshore partners to ensure clear communication and reliable delivery across time zones.
