About the Project
We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Developerto join our Virtual Events R&D team at Kaltura. You’ll be part of a passionate and fast-moving team responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance features that power virtual experiences for millions of users worldwide. This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who thrives on end-to-end ownership, modern technologies, and meaningful impact.

Required skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js (or similar: Java/Python/C#)
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks, ideally React
- Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and software best practices
These would also be nice:
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems
- Passion for developer experience, scalability, and clean architecture
Scope of work:
- Take full ownership of features from design to production
- Design scalable and maintainable architecture using modern patterns
- Develop clean, tested, and efficient code in Node.js and React
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in production
- Explore and integrate new technologies to improve the platform
