Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or graduate of technological military service
Proven experience in managing a medium development team (3-5 developers)
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
Proven experience in C# and .Net environment
Experience in defining, planning and implementing software architecture for complex distributed systems, and complex multidisciplinary products with diverse development teams.
Proven experience in analyzing requirements, presenting design and architecture products, participating in surveys and presenting professional topics
Experience in Agile-based development methodologies, working with ALM tools and DevOps tools
Experience in planning and/or developing systems in Micro-Services architecture and systems for cloud environments (Cloud Native)
Experience in planning and/or developing SHOB systems, GIS and/or video systems - a significant advantage

Leading a team responsible for developing an innovative software product in a Full Stack orientation
Professional authority in the group that provides the best technical response to the needs of the project
Definition, planning and implementation of software design and architecture
Assigning tasks effectively to achieve project goals and work plan management
