Required skills:

4+ years of experience in server-side test automation using Python – must-have.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, creative mindset for tackling unfamiliar technical challenges.
Previous experience working in distributed teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
Background in Computer Science or related field (B.Sc. or equivalent) – advantage.

Scope of work:

Contribute to building a stable, scalable product by designing and implementing reliable test automation solutions.
Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using modern test frameworks to ensure functionality and performance.
Investigate test failures and production issues, collaborating closely with developers to identify root causes and deliver fixes.
Work across a diverse tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Node.js, Java, and C#, depending on the task.
