About the Project
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced automations, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent tools across our organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern AI models, APIs, automation platforms, and e-commerce integrations — especially with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.

Required skills:
- 3+ years experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar.
- Strong experience with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or both.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (OpenAI API, LangChain, vector DBs, embeddings).
- Experience building automations, bots, or workflow engines.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, OAuth, and webhook architecture.
- Experience integrating with e-commerce systems or SaaS platforms.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central SP-API (orders, inventory, catalog, reports).
- Experience with Shopify Admin API (products, metafields, orders, fulfillment).
- Experience with AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, or other serverless systems.
- Experience with queue-based automations and async task frameworks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms (Zapier, Make), or custom workflow engines.
Bonus
- Experience fine-tuning or training ML/LLM models.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Metabase).
- Understanding of e-commerce analytics and operations.

Scope of work:
AI Development & Automation
- Build AI-powered automations, chat agents, workflows, and internal tools using LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.) into operational systems.
- Design prompt systems, fine-tuned models, and intelligent decision-making flows.
- Develop scripts and automations for repetitive tasks, reporting, and operational processes.
API Integrations & Engineering
- Build, maintain, and optimize integrations with third-party systems — especially:
- Amazon Seller Central API (SP-API)
- Shopify Admin API
- Create automated workflows for catalog updates, order processing, analytics, and compliance.
- Connect internal data systems with external services to support reporting and cross-platform synchronization.
Data Engineering & Infrastructure
- Build and maintain structured data pipelines to collect and process data from Amazon, Shopify, CRM, and internal tools.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for model inputs, business logic, and analytics.
- Deploy scalable scripts, webhooks, cloud functions, and microservices (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with operations, marketing, product, finance, and leadership to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and functional AI solutions.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for internal AI systems.
