Required skills:

3-5 years of proven experience with Ruby on Rails.
Demonstrated experience with other open-source tools, frameworks, and languages. This list includes but is not limited to: Python, Go, Node, Javascript Frameworks like Vue or React,
Cloud-based technologies like the AWS ecosystem, and Relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres and Mongo.
End-to-End Ownership - Take full ownership of your work, from initial problem definition and solution design through development, testing, and successful delivery. You'll see your contributions come to life.
Must have experience translating design prototypes into high-quality, responsive web pages using Bootstrap or similar frontend frameworks.
A high level of spoken and written English

Scope of work:

Drive Business Impact: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Review Collection, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales to identify strategic opportunities where technology can deliver the greatest value and directly impact our business objectives.
Collaborative Solution Design: Partner with the CTO and the entire development team to architect and scope out innovative, scalable solutions from concept to deployment.
