About the Project

We are a pioneer in Moving Target Defense providing top-tier cybersecurity solutions to protect criticalassets from advanced threats and we are seeking for a Manual QA Team Lead.

In this role, you will oversee the manual quality assurance process, ensuring the highest quality and functionality of our software products. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of manualQA engineers, designing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and working closely with our development team to enhance our software.

Required skills:

  • Skilled in adapting manual testing processes to rapidly changing technology environments, maintaining high standards in a dynamic setting.
  • Proven leadership in guiding a team of manual QA engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical designs and oversee the creation of test cases based on product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for effective teamwork and aligning with the Quality Manager's objectives.
  • Solid understanding of client-server architecture and functionality.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux-based testing environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer - 5+ years.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Team Lead.
  • Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

ADVANTAGES

  • Proficiency with QA management tools such as PractiTest, Xray, or similar platforms.

Scope of work:

  • Guide and mentor a team of Manual QA Engineers in their daily tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of the QA team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to gain a thorough understanding of software components and system requirements.
  • Develop and oversee manual test cases for software and systems, ensuring alignment with design specs, including reviews of team-created cases.
  • Efficiently identify, document, and report bugs, and assist developers and QA engineers in reproducing these issues.
  • Actively offer ideas and feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manual testing.
  • Adapt testing techniques and strategies to meet diverse and evolving product requirements.
