Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management. - Required! An advantage to specialize in information systems - university graduates !
Familiarity with banking processes - a significant advantage
At least 3 years of experience in Organization and Methods - a must!
Experience in improving processes and leading significant organizational changes
Experience in writing business requirements for systems
Knowledge of performing business analysis, including in-depth knowledge of Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, matrix leading and driving work interfaces.
Possesses excellent expression and articulation skills
High motivation and big head

Management of cross-organizational projects in the field of organization and methods and operational excellence
Initiating projects to improve business processes
Building new processes and improving existing processes
