Required skills:
We are seeking a talented and proactive mid-Level SysOps Engineer to join our team.This individual will play a critical role in supporting the deployment and maintenance ofa cloud-native complex production system, ensuring optimal performance, security and reliability of our system.
Critical Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system operations, preferably in a cloud-nativeenvironment
- 2+ Years of experience in the virtualization environment and clouds – mandatory
- 2+ Years of experience in Linux OS – mandatory
- Experience with K8S and Docker – mandatory
- Developing infrastructure as code (such TF\Ansible) – mandatory
- Knowledge and familiarity with a cloud environment - aws, azure – mandatory.Proven experience deploying and managing open-source solutions like Kafka, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Elasticsearch
- Strong understanding in network and systems security and best practices.Strong knowledge of databases and their integration
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- High level of self-learning abilities and a strong desire to stay updated withindustry trends and best practices
- Great communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technicalinformation to non- technical stakeholders
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
Advantage:
- Certification in Kubernetes or other relevant technologies
- Experience with at least two cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols
Scope of work:
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native solutions, including but not limited toKafka streams, databases, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Elasticsearch
- Work closely with development teams to optimize system performance andresolve deployment issues
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement necessary changes toenhance stability and efficiency
- Ensure system security and compliance with relevant regulations. Documentsystem configurations, procedures, and changes
