Required skills:

We are seeking a talented and proactive mid-Level SysOps Engineer to join our team.This individual will play a critical role in supporting the deployment and maintenance ofa cloud-native complex production system, ensuring optimal performance, security and reliability of our system.

Critical Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in system operations, preferably in a cloud-nativeenvironment
2+ Years of experience in the virtualization environment and clouds – mandatory
2+ Years of experience in Linux OS – mandatory
Experience with K8S and Docker – mandatory
Developing infrastructure as code (such TF\Ansible) – mandatory
Knowledge and familiarity with a cloud environment - aws, azure – mandatory.Proven experience deploying and managing open-source solutions like Kafka, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Elasticsearch
Strong understanding in network and systems security and best practices.Strong knowledge of databases and their integration
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
High level of self-learning abilities and a strong desire to stay updated withindustry trends and best practices
Great communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technicalinformation to non- technical stakeholders
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools

Advantage:

Certification in Kubernetes or other relevant technologies
Experience with at least two cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud
Understanding of networking principles and protocols

Scope of work:

Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native solutions, including but not limited toKafka streams, databases, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Elasticsearch
Work closely with development teams to optimize system performance andresolve deployment issues
Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement necessary changes toenhance stability and efficiency
