About the Project
We are looking for a flexible freelance project manager to manage a diverse range of projects as part of a new service offered to Fiverr Business clients - Project Management.
You will play the lead role in planning, facilitating, and executing projects for our key Fiverr Business clients, using the Fiverr platforms and our talent pool.
This is an incredible opportunity for self-driven multi-disciplinary freelancers looking to grow and make an impact. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a genuine passion for the success of their customers.

Required skills:
- Ability to work in US time / Europe
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proven work experience in online project management or in customer-facing roles
- Domain knowledge in the domains mentioned above
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to gather and present information clearly
- Proven track record of making an impact: strong delivery and project management capabilities
- Self-driven personality, curious and thriving for excellence
- Experience in working with global clients
Advantage:
- Experience working with the Fiverr platform, especially as a seller (freelancer)
- Familiarity with different project management methodologies and tools (like Salesforce, Monday, ScheduleOnce, etc.)
Scope of work:
- Provide E2E project management, and act as a primary point of contact for the clients.
- Plan the project’s timeline, build the team, allocate budgets and monitor project schedules and progress, from project brief to final delivery.
- Coordinate between freelancers and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and that quality standards are met.
- Manage relationships with clients and freelancers to achieve high-satisfaction from both sides.
- Provide regular project status reports to the clients, and to your Fiverr contact.
- Identify areas for potential improvements in the processes.
- Assist in understanding and defining the service of project management on Fiverr’s platform.
