Required skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for process improvement and costreduction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proactive attitude, able to take initiative and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or arelated field.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level

Scope of work:

  • Play an essential role in the integration of logistics and financial operations, guaranteeing efficiency and precision.
  • Manage the flow of products from the entry of stock to delivery to the client, assuring the accuracy of the associated accounting records.
  • Optimization of logistic processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improving operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the accounting aspects related to inventory, actively collaborating on the elaboration of financial reports and performance analyses.
  • Be responsible for the monthly audit of inventory and issuance of notas fiscais for remittance and for clients.
