About the Project
The product focuses on securing autonomous AI agents used inside enterprises: copilots, internal assistants and automation systems.
As companies rapidly adopt AI agents, traditional security tools fail to understand how these systems behave, make decisions, and interact with data. This platform provides full lifecycle visibility and control: from how agents are built to how they act in real time.
It continuously monitors agent behavior, detects risks like data leakage or prompt injection, and enforces policies to prevent unsafe actions before they happen.
In short: it’s a security layer for a world where software no longer just executes code, but also makes decisions.

Required skills:
- 5-8+ years of Full-Stack engineering experience with an emphasis on Back-End
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud environments
- Solid programming skills in Python / Go / Java or similar
- Experience working with data-heavy or event-driven systems
- Ability to design systems under ambiguity in hypergrowth
- Bonus: exposure to AI/ML systems, security, or observability tooling
- Background in Security is a must
- BSc / BENG / MSc / PhD at top-tier universities is a must

- Collaborate with product and security teams to translate emerging AI risks into features
- Own services end-to-end in a production, enterprise-grade environment
