Required skills:

Strong academic background (Bachelor's degree required) or 1-2 years of proven professional experience in a highly analytical, data-focused role is preferred.
Excellent English skills.
Strong practical experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of AI tools to improve personal workflow, data analysis, and company processes.
Demonstrated experience producing visually polished, high-impact presentations for senior audiences.
Foundational knowledge of Project Management or Project Control concepts.
Exceptional ability to break down complex issues, analyze data from multiple perspectives, and devise comprehensive solutions with minimal guidance.
A strong Owner's Mindset with exceptional Proactiveness and high accountability, enabling autonomous operation, anticipation of needs, and independent delivery of results without continuous oversight.

Scope of work:

This is an essential analytical role for a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives. You will serve as the critical right hand to the Project Control Officer (PCO), focusing primarily on transforming complex project data into high-impact visual stories and actionable insights for our C-level and Board executives.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at critical thinking, can operate with high self-sufficiency, and possesses the drive to master consulting-level communication. You will be instrumental in analyzing project performance, creating world-class dashboards and presentations, and identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for efficiency gains across the business. We require an individual who truly thinks like an owner and consistently delivers exceptional work.

Executive Presentation Development: Design and deliver visually stunning, data-backed reports and presentations for the C-suite and Board of Directors, maintaining the rigorous quality and storytelling standards of top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG).
Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project performance dashboards that track key operational metrics, translating complex data into clear, accessible visual conclusions.
Strategic Communication: Translate meticulous data analysis into concise findings, conclusions, and proposed strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment between data and high-level business objectives.
Project Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on project performance metrics (scope, schedule, cost), identifying trends, forecasting issues, and proposing corrective actions to the PCO and project teams.
Data Integrity & Management: Establish and maintain robust data management practices for project information, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all reporting needs.
Process Optimization & AI Integration: Proactively identify inefficiencies in operational and project processes. Research and propose innovative solutions, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, to automate reporting and drive efficiency across the company.
PCO Right Hand: Serve as the direct analytical and reporting support to the Project Control Officer, acting as a reliable backup for critical analysis and executive presentation preparation.
Proactive Idea Generation: Operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, proposing new methods for data visualization, reporting improvements, and solutions to emerging operational challenges.
Meeting Support: Prepare all analytical materials for high-stakes project review meetings, ensuring discussions are grounded in transparent, data-backed findings.
