Required skills:
- 3 years in project control, program management, or PCO leadership in Fintech or Tech.
- Strong track record in managing large-scale programs and driving strategic execution.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Hands-on with project management tools.
- Strong data governance and portfolio management capabilities.
- Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
- Consulting-level deliverables and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

- Ability to lead high-level meetings and communicate with C-level executives.
Scope of work:
We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Project Control Analyst to elevate our project and program control functions to a world-class standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving operations, integrating Lean methodologies, and using data to drive decisions.
- Project & Program Oversight: Manage and enhance the Project Control Office framework, oversee portfolio tracking, resource optimization, and risk mitigation for strategic initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement using Lean principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced performance analysis and translate complex data into actionable insights. Implement AI/ML tools to improve forecasting and automation.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed reports, presentations, and dashboards to senior leadership and the CEO.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across functions and lead high-level project/program meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Quality & Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standard of analytical depth, accuracy, and presentation quality.
