We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Advanced AI Agent Development within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is focused on designing, building, and deploying sophisticated AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating Generative AI (LLMs) with enterprise systems to automate and optimize complex business processes. The ideal candidate combines strong systems architecture expertise with hands-on experience in building production-grade intelligent workflows that connect data, logic, and user interaction seamlessly.

Required skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, AI/MLOps, or enterprise automation.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Advanced English proficiency and experience collaborating in international, English-speaking teams.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate for orchestrating complex workflows (looping, JSON parsing, HTTP actions).
- Strong technical knowledge of REST API integrations, OpenAPI specifications, and scripting in Python or Power Fx.
- Experience integrating Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Azure AI Fabric) for intelligent task automation such as summarization, data extraction, or content generation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex integration and deployment issues.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure AI.
- Experience with alternative automation tools (e.g., N8N, Power Automate Desktop).
- Knowledge of OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID authentication for secure connector usage.
- Familiarity with enterprise environments such as SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
Scope of work:
Advanced Agent Development: Design and implement intelligent, multi-step AI Agents in Copilot Studio that move beyond simple conversational bots to perform analytical and decision-making tasks autonomously.
Workflow Orchestration: Create and manage complex, cross-system automation flows that connect Copilot Agents with enterprise data and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: Leverage Generative AI models through Azure AI Fabric or external LLMs to enable dynamic reasoning, summarization, and contextual data transformation within business processes.
Data & System Integration: Integrate Copilot Agents with Microsoft and third-party platforms using REST APIs and Custom Connectors, ensuring seamless communication and secure data handling.
Architecture & Governance: Define best practices, establish governance models, and develop scalable deployment strategies for AI and automation solutions across enterprise environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX Designers and AI Developers to ensure system architectures align with user experience goals and platform capabilities, driving cohesive, high-performing AI solutions.
