About the Project
Our client is a leading AI-powered Analytics Platform as a Service (AnPaaS) that empowers product teams and developers to embed conversational, predictive, and agentic intelligence directly into applications and workflows. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical partner to our Account Executives, helping to prove the value during the sales cycle. You will lead technical discovery, design and deliver compelling proofs of concept, and act as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating our AI-powered embedded analytics platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive successful sales outcomes.

Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or similar).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics/BI platforms, data warehouses, and ETL tools
- Proficiency with JavaScript or a JavaScript framework (React/Angular/Vue ); experience with embedding solutions is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, BI, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with cloud solutions and SaaS environments.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or pull in resources.
- Fluent English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with occasional early morning calls.
Nice to Have - Experience with Python or other server-side languages.
- Background in embedded analytics, AI/ML, or developer platforms.
- Previous exposure to sales processes and value-based selling.
Scope of work:
- Work closely with Account Executives throughout the deal cycle to demonstrate the technical value.
- Lead technical and business-focused discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs.
- Build, own, and deliver high-quality Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using the internal platform, including dashboards, data modeling, embedding (React/JS SDKs), and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Services, Product, Engineering) to ensure smooth opportunity progression and successful handoff to post-sales.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and enablement for the broader Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
- Stay current with analytics, AI, and embedded technology trends to provide strategic technical guidance.
