About the Project

About the Role

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide technical support and consulting services to customers using the client's software products and services. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product installation, usage, and troubleshooting, answering technical and "how-to" questions, and gathering the necessary technical information to investigate and resolve issues.

In this role, you will work with tools such as Salesforce, Internal Admin Consoles, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.

Required skills:

  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Basic technical background in one or more of the following areas: networking, HTML, databases, APIs, or related technologies

Additional Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • Minimum hardware requirements:
    • CPU: 2.00 GHz or higher
    • RAM: 4 GB or more
    • Internet speed: at least 20 Mbps (download and upload)
  • Licensed operating system (latest version preferred)
  • Willingness to have additional security software installed by the client's IT team

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of operating systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP protocols) — no configuration experience required, only general familiarity
  • Basic knowledge of one or more of the following: HTTPS, Proxy, HTML, or SQL queries
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is considered a strong advantage
