About this role
Our client is looking for a driven, commercially sharp leader to own and scale our Affiliate & Influencer channel - one of our highest-potential growth levers.
This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to building and managing a team.
You will report directly to the Head of Growth and take full ownership of the channel: strategy, execution, affiliate relationships, influencer marketing execution and business results.
You'll operate at the intersection of partnerships, performance marketing, and creator economy - building a world-class program that drives measurable subscriber growth.

Required skills:
Must-haves
- 4+ years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing — ideally in a SaaS, B2C or SMB company
- Proven track record of building and scaling a performance-driven affiliate or influencer program
- Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable owning KPIs, reading data, and making decisions from it
- Excellent communicator in English - written and verbal, at a professional/native level
- Creative deal-maker - able to craft partnership structures that work for both sides
Strong advantages
- Experience marketing a SaaS product
- Familiarity with the WordPress and web creation ecosystem
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
- Background in additional marketing disciplines (SEO, paid, email)
- Existing network of affiliate publishers or creator/influencer relationships
Scope of work:
Channel strategy & growth
- Define and execute the global affiliate and influencer channel strategy, aligned with our client's growth targets
- Own the full program: commission structure, terms, tier architecture and performance incentives
- Build and scale inbound and outbound affiliate pipeline with clear, measurable deal flow
- Identify and recruit high-impact partners: SEO publishers, paid media partners, email marketers, influencers, educators and content creators in the WordPress and web creation ecosystem
Affiliate management
- Own the full partner lifecycle - prospecting, onboarding, activation and long-term account development
- Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with key accounts across industries and geographies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, delivering proactive support and maximizing their output
Performance & cross-functional work
- Be accountable for monthly and quarterly channel KPIs, e.g.: new subscribers, revenue contribution, ROI and affiliate activation rates
- Own all channel-related marketing assets - affiliate emails, creative briefs, banners, landing pages, and campaign materials
- As the channel and team grow, recruit, onboard, and lead a team of affiliate and influencer managers
