About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our high-performing Information Systems (IS) team. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 Salesforce support to internal stakeholders operating in the U.S. time zone, using our ticketing system.

You will support day-to-day Salesforce operations and deliver scalable solutions for Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator — required
  • Experience supporting GTM / Sales business processes — a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-driven learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new tools, technologies, and skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written); native or bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Scope of work:

  • Provide daily Salesforce support to end users, including issue troubleshooting, data fixes, cleanups, and responding to help desk tickets
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Communicate daily with team members in Israel for coordination, alignment, and issue escalation
  • Manage Salesforce user setup and administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
  • Oversee daily Salesforce operations, ensuring system performance, reliability, and availability
  • Maintain data integrity and security through regular data uploads, audits, backups, and quality checks
  • Perform core administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and routine system updates
  • Manage data imports, deduplication, cleanup, and enrichment processes
  • Create and maintain custom fields, forms, and objects; assist users with report creation
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support system integrations as needed
  • Implement configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements, following Salesforce best practices (e.g., Flows, custom fields, email notifications, reports, dashboards)
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams
