Required skills:

At least 7 years of information security experience, focusing on securityarchitecture
Demonstrated expertise on IT fundamentals (systems and networks), securitybest practices as well modern concepts (cloud, DevSecOps, containerization,APIs, AI/ML, secure by design)
Excellent understanding of security technologies, including cloud-native tools,firewalls, IPS, EDR, CNAPP/ CSPM, SIEM, etc
Excellent knowledge of relevant industry standards
Certification in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP, is a plus
Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

Scope of work:

Develop and implement security architecture that aligns with bolttech’sinformation security policies and standards
Identify and assess security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriatesolutions to mitigate them
Design and implement security controls to protect sensitive information andsystems
Lead and participate in Security reviews of new and existing systems to ensureadherence to Security requirements
Enable automation of security controls review, adopting DevSecOps principles
Perform threat modeling to tailor and fine-tune security configurations beyonddocumented standards
Develop and maintain security standards, procedures, and guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and IT, to ensure theimplementation of secure systems and processes
Stay current with emerging security threats and trends and recommend newtechnologies and solutions to enhance security posture
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the security team and otherstakeholders on security best practices and standards
