You'll be part of the TSG R&D team, driving technological excellence in our mission of safeguarding maritime domains and securing global trade with AI technology. This technology will make compliance easy, empower responsible governance, and contribute to a better world.
As a Data Analyst, you'll immerse yourself in the fascinating world of maritime data, conducting research and analysis using Python. Your insights will drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our products.

Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience using statistical analysis in enterprise or research environments
- Experience coding with Python
- Experience utilizing Generative AI tools for research or delivery
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with databases and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, Polars)
Scope of work:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Accountability for critical data and infrastructure
- Visualize findings to understand and communicate insights effectively
- Write Python code to extract and analyze data from various sources including Postgres, Mongo and S3
- Work with a team of domain and technical experts to address challenges
- Join the Data Analysts technical guild to help grow Windward’s data analysts professional community
- Apply domain knowledge to interpret data in the context of the maritime industry
- Conduct data quality assurance checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies and errors
