We’re looking for a tech lead for our KUX team in the media&telecom R&D unit.
We’re developing a turnkey TV app product across all Smart TV devices (WebOS,Tizen) for the PayTV platform that will be used by top tier customers and will help themto shape the future TV experience for their end users.

Required skills:
- Highly skilled React/React Native developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
- Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS3, and good understanding of state libraries.
- Extensive knowledge of Native and HTML/CSS layouts across various platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed agile environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
Advantages:
- Experience with React Query, MobX
- Experience with native modules, and JSI
- Experience with profiling performance bottlenecks in JS and Native
- Familiarity with new React Native architecture
- Familiarity with Turbo Repo, Vite
- Familiarity with native build tools (XCode, Gradle, Android Studio).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline deployment and continuous delivery practices.
- Experience with uploading apps to Google Store and App Store.
- Previous involvement in managing remote/distributed initiatives/teams.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent.
Scope of work:
- Take on individual tasks to initiate Proof of Concepts (POCs) that evolve into full-fledged group development efforts.
- Mentor team members across multiple teams, including web, smart TV, and React Native, under the supervision of their respective team leads.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide advanced training on relevant topics to enhance the skill set of the entire group.
- Collaborate with the solution architect, assisting in the creation of technical specifications for the team.
