About the Team
The Apps Stability Team is a critical part of the R&D Core group. Operating at the T3 escalation level, the team is responsible for resolving complex technical issues within the company’s core user-facing applications.
The team works in a fast-paced Kanban environment, prioritizing system reliability, performance, and seamless user experience across the application ecosystem.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, problem-solving Frontend Developer to join the Apps Stability Team.
In this role, you will investigate, debug, and resolve high-level escalations for the company’s primary user-facing applications. You will work with complex codebases, identify root causes, and deliver stable, production-ready fixes.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys deep technical investigation, debugging, and improving the stability of large-scale enterprise applications.

Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, specifically dealing with large-scale or enterprise-level web applications.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Solid fundamental knowledge of modern HTML and CSS.
- An investigative mindset with excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to context-switch effectively and prioritize tasks within a Kanban methodology.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional international teams.
Scope of work:
- T3 Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve deep technical escalations and bugs originating from core user-facing applications.
- Development & Debugging: Write clean, stable, and efficient code to patch issues and improve application stability using React and TypeScript.
- Agile Execution: Manage incoming issues and development tasks in a continuous Kanban workflow, ensuring timely resolution of high-priority tickets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer support, product managers, and other R&D teams to understand issue context, identify root causes, and deploy effective solutions.
- Code Maintenance: Ensure UI components remain highly responsive and strictly adhere to HTML and CSS best practices.
