About the Project

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle-Senior Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles and work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, structured recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outstaffing environment with multiple open roles.

Required skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Proven experience of successful engineers' hiring (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
  • Ability to assess technical candidates at a high level
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

Nice to have 

  • Prior experience of working in IT outstaffing environment
  • Hiring across multiple European, LATAM, APAC, US markets
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Understanding of different engagement models (outstaffing, dedicated teams, EOR etc.)

  • Full-cycle recruitment: manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer signing
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple technical roles
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate progress and feedback
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows
