Required skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, revenue operations, financial data analysis, or similar role
- Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, and subscription metrics
- Proficient in using Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate tasks and optimize daily workflows
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Proficiency in SQL required
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with BI tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex datasets
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
Scope of work:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial & Revenue Data Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and revenue analytics across our SaaS organization. This role will play a critical part in strengthening ARR governance, improving reporting scalability, and enhancing executive visibility into key SaaS metrics. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with data fluency and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position partners closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Financial Reporting & FP&A Support
- Own preparation of recurring monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Support variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and key operating metrics
- Maintain and update forecasting and budgeting models
- Partner with budget owners to collect, validate, and consolidate financial inputs
- Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Revenue & ARR Analytics
- Own monthly ARR reporting, reconciliation, and documentation of ARR logic
- Validate bookings, churn, expansion, and retention calculations
- Reconcile ARR to billing and revenue data across CRM, billing platform, and ERP
- Maintain cohort analyses and SaaS KPI reporting (NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Identify trends and provide insight into revenue drivers and retention performance
Data & Automation
- Develop SQL queries and data extracts to improve reporting automation
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Improve data integrity across CRM and financial systems
- Support scalable data foundations for future automation and AI-driven reporting initiatives
