About the Project

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both experts and clients, providing expert guidance on HR matters;
Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations;
Regularly meet with managers to update them on People related initiatives, discuss issues, and gather feedback on team concerns;
Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions;
Prepare reports to clients based on analytics & 1:1s with experts to mitigate risks;
Manage the adaptation processes for new clients & employees;
Conduct performance management and drive expert development programs;
Multi-task on various projects and initiatives.

Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English and Ukrainian language
At least 3 years experience in an HRBP role in a multicultural environment;
