About the Project
We’re looking for a creative and curious Marketing Designer to join Windward’s Marketing Design team and help shape our paid and organic social media presence. You’ll design carousels, banners, doc ads, and more — contributing to a distinctive visual language that’s rooted in our brand and optimized for performance. You’ll use AI tools not just to save time, but to push the work forward — bringing smart, scalable, and standout creative to every format.
This is a full-time role based in the Mumbai area, working closely with our campaign manager, social media manager, and fellow designers, and reporting directly to the Marketing Creative & Design Director.

Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience designing for social media and marketing campaigns
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Deep familiarity with AI design tools — including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Kapwing, Heygen, 11labs, and more
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition
- Familiarity with ad formats and performance design (especially for LinkedIn)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to grow as a designer
- Strong time management and accountability in a remote work setup
- Team player with a high level of independence and ownership
- Excellent English communication skill
Workstyle:
- Full-time, based in the Gurgaon area
- Working on India hours, with flexibility when needed (e.g. occasionally swapping Fridays for Sundays)
- You’ll be part of a distributed, collaborative team — we move fast, share openly, and trust each other to get things done
Scope of work:
- Design assets for LinkedIn and other platforms — including carousels, banners, signal images, doc ads, and more.
- Develop a distinct visual voice for both organic and paid social, rooted in our brand
- Create AB test variations and optimize for performance
- Collaborate with content, campaigns, and fellow designers across projects
- Use AI tools to enhance static visuals with simple animations or smart workflows
- Contribute to templates and visual systems for decks, docs, and non-designer teams
- Maintain consistency across all outputs while pushing the creative forward
